What I offer

Coaching rooted in neuroscience. Not therapy, not counseling. Real tools for first responders who are still in the field and want to stay that way.

Individual Coaching

The Resilience Package

Six sessions. One workbook. Real, usable skills.

The Resilience Package is designed specifically for firefighters, paramedics, police officers, and other first responders who want to strengthen their nervous system and build the skills to stay sharp before crisis hits.

Each session builds on the last. We start by understanding how your nervous system actually responds to the job. Then we move into practical training: skills and drills you can use in real life, on shift, and at home. By the end of six sessions, you've got a system and you know how to use it.

After six sessions, you decide what's next. Some people are ready to run with it on their own. Some want to go deeper with therapy. I can connect you with trauma-informed therapists who get the first responder world. Either way, you're in control.
